I have only been watching the first two games via game tracker, however, I get the perception that nearly half of our possessions consist of shooting jump shots. This team is so big and talented in the post. They should be forcing the ball inside against this team

Gotta admit, this is one of the worst UCONN performances I've ever seen. No joke. It's 30-24 with Holy Family getting ready to shoot an "and-1". This is a division 2 team and it's like UCONN is playing Baylor. And it's not just the starters. It's the entire team. It's like we have no post play. Just a bunch of jacked up jump shots. Awful execution. You'd think our post play would be our strength.

I think UCONN has committed about 15 fouls this half too. Yes that's an exaggeration, but they are fouling most every time down the court. I'm not sure what Geno's demeanor will be at half time, but he should either sit there and say nothing, or blast the team. HF has already scored more than the other team did in the first exhibition for the entire game.

I haven't eliminated the possibility that Geno has concluded- we can kill them inside. So what would that prove? Let's see if we have an outside game.

Possibly, but Stef is posting up and no one's even looking inside. I think the dribble penetration and kick outs are good plays. But jacking up 1 three after another is going to bite them when the 3's aren't falling.

I'd actually be very curious how Holy Family did last year and how good they are. They have hit 7 3-pointers this half. Obviously the man to man defense is not working but Geno stubbornly keeps them playing it. I guess he's trying to teach them a lesson because if your goal is to play good defense and figure out how to stop the other team, Geno's not doing it.

HF is on pace to score 80 points against UCONN. A division 2 team who is on pace to put up 80 points against our defense. I don't even know the words for how horrible that is.
