Dukes going to win by 20+. It's embarrassing that we needed a thread on this.
Don't say "on the ropes" unless theres 5 mins or less left in the game.

Thanks for the easy money!
They were only up 11 with about 2 minutes to go, called timeout, and upped the final margin to 17 with garbage time production. Lol. This performance really should drop them a spot or two in the polls. Please please let us face them in March.

Kentucky on pace for 130 points tonight against a decent Marshall team.

That’s fine. They were down 8 when I placed the bet.

Are you nuts? It's Duke. They'll probably go up a couple spots for this win.

I was led very far astray assuming the Villanova were frauds. After last night I was sure if they were actually OK and UNC were frauds. Then UNC beat Arkansas and Nova is killing Memphis.

I guess the Penn loss was just a severe (and still very damaging) outlier.
Nova has talent. The coach is a fraud. But some things even he can’t screw up.

Santa Clara is an interesting team.

Santa Clara (6-0) 88
Oregon (4-1) 82

They led pretty much the entire game.

Long before Gonzaga emerged, Santa Clara was the team to beat for years in that conference. I know a lot of Santa Clara alumni and they’ve been annoyed that they haven’t been good in so long.

I forgot to share earlier, but here's my piece from yesterday's Maine/Columbia game.

It was cool because it was also my first time at Levien Gymnasium, Columbia's home court. Some character in the bare-bones gymnasium and an added plus of a legit cafe/coffee shop on the second floor with incredible views of Morningside Heights.

I know this is a little late - Oregon top 2 players DNP, probably for a while to not play again. Clara definitely lose with those two playing
Nonetheless they have a good backcourt with Bal/Marshal... definitely a bubble team all year to watch

Amaker will basically have to keep recruiting him again all season because I imagine HMs will be trying to get him to jump ship this offseason
