I believe that Koval was held scoreless in both games and just like yesterdays game only 7 players got onto the floor. How far do they fall on Monday? They keep this up they just might have a 4 game losing streak by the time UConn plays in South Bend.

ND is playing only 7 players. But in reality, the freshman center is not ready for prime time just yet, and the 2 wings they are bringing off the bench aren’t giving them much. So ND is heavily dependent on their 2 starting guards and 2 starting wings.

It is reminiscent of the challenge UConn faced much of last season, although UConn had Aaliyah at center. ND should be better once Westbeld & Karlen are back, whenever that is….

What does Notre Dame's back to back face plants tell us about USC, who they beat easily?

Also, Timea Gardiner has played 16 and 13 minutes the last 2 games for UCLA, the fewest in both games of anyone on the team. What gives? Can she transfer somewhere else real quick? Getting criminally underutilized.

Aint even December and I have to bring this out... Darn shame.

ND better figure something out quick cause the Ribeyes come into town in a few days. And they mean business

That either ND had one heck of a game or that USC did a major face plant. Maybe a little bit of both, but it does make USC look bad.

Tough luck for ND, going to watch this game probably tomorrow on YouTube (thank goodness I didn't pay for it). Watched yesterday's... I said before ND played USC that they aren't running any type of half court offense. Poor coaching all-around from the things I've read for this game too. Don't look now, but Texas and Uconn are coming to South Bend soon. Hope they can turn it around.

This is some @nwhoopfan -caliber jinxing you just put on Notre Dame. Carol Owens wants a serious word with you.
Man, I would've pegged you as the last person to complain about me raining bad juju down on the Domers. But fine: ain't no way the Huskies are losing to those unlucky Irish!

Notre Dame is down 8 to what I think is a pretty mediocre Utah team. Certainly not as good as teams from the last couple of seasons.

I just think koval has kind of been hung out to dry. And maybe there is no choice. But she’s not ready for this.
I did not think she was ready to start as a freshman. It did not disappoint me when she chose ND over UConn and others. She may get there but it will take time.

Texas Tech barely beats Missouri State and Oklahoma State loses to Richmond. I guess the Big 12 is going to be hard to predict who is going to win the regular season.

So, ever since our trip to Charleston in summer of 2023 when I bought a 12 pack of Cheerwine, I had been saving the last one for a toast with you when Duke beat ND. With all the leftovers needing a spot in the fridg, my wife removed the bottle and wanted to toss it out. I have been able to negotiate a deal to keep it until March so I need your team to step up their efforts so we can have this toast!
I do wonder if these two losses are some ”long con” by Ivey she is perpetrating on our fan base to lull us into a false sense of securit….

OT-What happened to DeBerry at Maryland? Her name has not been in the box scores.

Not sure how mentioning two of lower half teams (predicted 10th and 11th) in this conference correlates into who may win this conference.
K State, ISU, Baylor, TCU, WVU and Utah are the top 6. The 10-16th teams in this conference are truly awful, with Tech, Cin and Houston expected to move on from their coaches in April. After the 2025-26 season, I would expect ASU and UCF to do the same.

I just remember that game in Arizona where McKenna woliczko dominated her. McKenna was a 10th grader btw.

Maybe on 12/15 when they play Eastern Michigan.

Maybe the Spiders are worth keeping an eye on. 8-0, not a real tough schedule so far. Will know more in a couple weeks when they play Texas.

edit--nice 3 game stretch, Texas, Tennessee and Alabama; did they join the SEC?
