Week 11 - Jan 12 to 18

Her going to penn st was truly a head scratcher
Yeah, lateral move. Didn't she get suspended multiple times at Rutgers? Probably just looking to go anywhere else, and Penn St. was desperate enough to take a chance on her regardless of whatever issues she might have.

I have never seen a team giveaway a possible win with less than 15 seconds to go than NC State did at the end of regulation. They handed Louisville the OT opportunity. Unbelievable.
Ummm, guessing you forgot about the Maryland-Minnesota OT drama from earlier this season?😉

Just scoreboard watching, Louisville-NC State was really back and forth with several big momentum swings. All Cards in OT. The Ville is sitting pretty in the ACC at this point in the season.

I don't think Walz gets enough credit as a coach. He's been consistently winning for quite a while, some of his teams have had a wildly different make up than others. He wins regardless of his personnel.

BIG 2nd half (52-34) carries SMU to their first ACC win of the year over Pitt.

Wow, just really bad sportsmanship by Coach Yo. Ole Miss got blown out by Georgia and Ole Miss refused to shake hands after the game and just walked to the locker room. Does the SEC have a policy on this? I despise that coach....
UGA apparently has been experiencing a bad flu bug. I was at their game at South Carolina and the CLA announcer announced the teams had agreed not to do a postgame handshake. UGA and LSU didn’t shake hands in the game prior to that. Likely also the reason no hand shakes today.

Belmont and Murray St. going at it w/ the Missouri Valley lead on the line.

In the last 10 secs, NCAT shot a three, got the rebound, and instead of reseting the offense for a better shot and using time, the player went back in and missed a shot. I'm no hoops expert and even I was screaming reset!

.-.
How much longer can Iowa st stay in the top 25?
Week 9 they were ranked 11th, and then lost to Cinci and WVU. Week 10 they dropped to 14 and just lost to Colorado and OK State. Not sure there are enough teams in the others receiving votes that would push them down 12 spots to drop out of the t25, however who knows what the voters will do week to week.

They are 19th currently

Didn't watch it. I prefer to avoid watching MD whenever possible even though I would really like to see Saylor and Mir play.

And if that McCowan foul gets called at the end of regulation in the 2018 Final Four, decent chance they beat Notre Dame to win it all. Had ND’s number that season.

Walz is definitely way up there as one of the best to never win a title.

That's exactly what I was talking about. But then they had a side out after a TO in the final second and chose to dribble into the lane towards Louisville's tallest player for a layup. She missed and Louisville got the easy rebound to end regulation.

Tournebize looks like a future matchup nightmare for SCar. The fluidity at her height and length reminds me of Stewie. I’d say that’s a pretty good comp even if only physically.

You have your chance right now with them playing UCLA on NBC. Personally, I think you're missing out as she's having a decent season and it is her final year.

Kentucky seems to find themselves in a trouble in games a lot recently (probably coinciding w/ Key injury?).

Meanwhile, rumors of LSU's demise were greatly exaggerated.

.-.
UCLA bombing away from 3 is not what I'm used to seeing. 9 made in the first half. Kneepkens and Leger-Walker are both going off.
