Well at least we know the project will be done quickly. No way someone from Scottsdale, AZ or Charlotte, NC is going to want to spend an entire winter in Storrs, CT.

They also announced price increases for 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 seasons. Lower bowl seats will be cushioned at Gampel (except for student section). Premium lower bowl sideline (center 4 sections on either side of court) will be 3 - 4 inches wider. Not much detail about XL Center seating.

Seat selection process will be May 19 - June 13. Single timeslot covers all locations. Not sure how they determine that if your ranking is different for different venues.

A Distributed Antenna System (DAS) will handle ALL phone and WiFi demand for all attendees. This building would be ideal for antenna positioning, installation and signal coverage.
