Dougherty follows the homer with a no out double, he advances to 3B on a fly out for the 1st out. Dougherty is thrown out for the 2nd out trying to score on a fielders choice ground out by Padilla. MacArthur draws a 2 out walk. The UConn offense leaves 2 runners on base. 5-3 UConn.
 
Bottom 7th, the UConn offense has a scoreless inning after a leadoff walk by Rispoli followed by a double play. 5-3 UConn.
 
Top 9th, Lane comes in to catch replacing Garbowski, and Belisario takes over at 2B replacing Daniels.
 
Of course, it will be interesting to see who the UConn starting pitchers will be in the next 2 games with Seton Hall.
