Top 3rd, Gallagher walks 2 batters, but gets out of the inning unscathed. No score.

Top 4th, trouble brewing for Gallagher. RBI double makes it 4-1 UConn with no out and 2 runners on. Another run scores on a ground out for the second out. RBI single makes it 4-3 going to the bottom of the 4th.
 
Bottom 4th, UConn offense strands a couple of runners in scoring position. 4-3 Huskies.

Gallagher was looking shaky the last couple of innings, figure another shaky inning could finish him for the game.

Top 5th, Gallagher bounces back with a quick 1-2-3 inning. Very nice performance after having problems over the last couple of innings. Gallagher at 83 pitches, so maybe another inning for him.

Bottom 5th, Langer with a 1out rbi single to drive in Stock, Langer advances to 2nd on the throw. 5-3 UConn.

Brown walks (he's been doing that a bit more lately), and then a Devenney rbi single makes it 6-3 with 2 runners on with 1 out in the bottom of the 5th.
 
Bottom 5th, a Bushling single loads the bases for UConn with 1 out. UConn leaves them loaded. 6-3 Huskies.
 
Hard to find fault with Kyler this year but that K was bad. Looked like ball 4 and he overswung. Gotta adjust sometimes
 
Top 6th, Gallagher starts the inning with a fly out after throwing 3 straight balls to start the batter. Polonia comes out of the bullpen to take the mound.
 
I hope that squander of an opportunity to put this one away doesn't come back and bite us.
