I dunno... they've been a slow starting team all year. Hasn't hurt 'em yet between their defense and just playing inferior teams, which will obviously change after tonight.

Maybe it's just that when you play good teams that are on a tournament hot streak, winning by 15 isn't quite as pretty as winning by 40 in target practice on AAC cupcakes. Still, it's winning by 15. We're spoiled beyond repair

I compare UConn teams to past ones. Perhaps the wrong way to look at it.

Congrats UCONN on making the final 4! Geno has always said that this game is the hardest one to win. Not a thing of beauty, and the last 2 games really give fans reasons to worry, but at least they are still dancing!

All most people look at is scoring.

I compare UConn teams to past ones. Perhaps the wrong way to look at it.

No right or wrong way I guess. I think someone who didn't see the game would just see that UCONN won their Elite 8 game by 15 points and is going to the FF (AGAIN), and maybe think that T A&M must have put up a pretty decent fight for a while. We're so invested in every minute and every second that we get all stressed out. I bet none of our players ever had the slightest doubt about the outcome.

Good Win by the team. Defense was the key to the win. Once they got the lead to double digits you knew A&M couldn't score enough to win the game. Love the game of the two Courtney's. A&M needs a post player that can score in the low paint and pass the ball out to the two Courtney's for their mid range jump shot.
