If you need a smile…
Noted: This comment got a like from Wally Puds, who shows as never having posted.Primo Spears sounds like the name of an adult male performer.
I was thinking seton hall at the garden….either way I don’t think it was as obvious on the outside as it was to him. I think the less menacing more skilled is a good trade off.Maybe Marquette? The game at home I felt like we owned it from start to finish.

Now we have to worry about poor Duke and their 10 McD’s?Word from the Duke - Houston scrimmage is that Houston won by 10.

To be fair, Duke was missing Lively and Whitehead who are #1 and #2 in the recruit rankings lol. And apparently they shot 2-17 from 3. If I’m Houston, I’m a little concerned we only won by 10 points considering the circumstances…Word from the Duke - Houston scrimmage is that Houston won by 10.

Hurley takes his scrimmage secrecy very seriously, apparently. So, the secret scrimmage has remained a secret for more than 12 hours.
Impressive.
that’s a lot of points for and against Virginia.Virginia won 75-69
Score is pretty close to meaningless in these scrimmages since they can add extra possessions and time basically anytime they want, for all we know that could have been a 60 minute game.that’s a lot of points for and against Virginia.
Without Jackson and Karaban.Score is pretty close to meaningless in these scrimmages since they can add extra possessions and time basically anytime they want, for all we know that could have been a 60 minute game.
That said, if the 75-69 score is accurate I think that's a good sign that we can hang with a top 20 team that brought their full team back this early in the season

Virginia won 75-69
Wouldn't fret about it with AJ and AK missing from the game.that’s a lot of points for and against Virginia.
We positive AK missed it? Any idea on the severity of his ankle?Wouldn't fret about it with AJ and AK missing from the game.
Virginia is a good team anyway.
What was Hurley thinking sitting on those timeouts?? He’s gotta go.Virginia won 75-69
Plus, it’s a scrimmage. They are working on specific things. It might be more “concerning“ if the score were dramatically lopsided.Without Jackson and Karaban.
They didn’t make the tourney last year so I don’t know how good they actually are.Wouldn't fret about it with AJ and AK missing from the game.
Virginia is a good team anyway.
Teams literally play until the coaches decide to stop, and in some cases will run back possessions to work on things until they score. Without that info it's impossible to say UVA scoring 75 is a bad lookThey didn’t make the tourney last year so I don’t know how good they actually are.
They’re getting some preseason love and it’s a meaningless scrimmage but giving up 75 points to them is a bad look. They only scored 75 in 2 games last year (81 vs Farleigh Dickerson and 75 vs Clemson). Could care less about our offense struggling but defense struggling is concerning.
I thought it was a joke... LolAlso we don't actually know that score is accurate...
I guess "Jerome" on their Board accepted the BY score as truth and others in the follow up also commended the result.I thought it was a joke... Lol
