Serious question...is a tight rim a real thing? I mean the same type of shots went in later, so what changed, did the rims loosen?
I have always wondered where that term, or theory, came from.

They switched at halftime. OU didn’t hit many on the tight rims either.

She kept them in the game when the rest of the team disappeared in the 2nd quarter. Had Paige not gone off for 40, I'd say Ash was the player of the game. But...

You have to go there for the hysteria when they are losing, just to watch them retract their complaints when the Huskies take over the game.

Thought it was interesting the first 2 players Paige gave flowers to post game were Ice and Jana for keeping Beers pinned down low.

I said this before, but I feel Jana pretty much neutralized Beers. She played hard and with a ton of intensity. The biggest difference in my mind is Beers has more experience. With a year under her belt, I will be taking Jana over Beers.

Not just Jana, Sarah & Ice covered Beers well.

Watching the pressers, I was as impressed by Beers as any other player I have heard.

Paige was doing a locker room press huddle talking about keeping with routine and disclosed that every day she suits up means an ice bath. Did everybody but me know that? My admiration for her just went up 2 blocks of ice!
