UConn Looking to Start a H/H Series at Home

I was checking out the schedule board, and UConn posted that they are looking to start a series at home next season. Seems that the Never Forget Tribute did indeed fall through. Interestingly enough, Houston posted two days later that they were looking to start a series on the road 12/19/20. Wouldn't be surprised to see that happen.


There's absolutely nothing to talk about. Any teams the 'Yard would like to see come to the XL Center/Gampel next year?

Houston, Cinci, Memphis, Wichita (with AG would be fun) seem like realistic options with terms of our exit deal with the AAC. I wouldn't mind any of them.

Outside of those games, would love to see some old rivals; Cuse or Pitt would be fun.

B1G- Michigan or Ohio State or Wisconsin
SEC- Kentucky
PAC- UCLA or Stanford
OBE- Syracuse (Pitt and BC are in bad shape so not until they step it up) SU is going to suck soon to but I won’t mind beating them while they are down
AAC- No One (don’t ever look back)

Aside from some of the obvious options: West coast would be fun. Arizona, UCLA, Oregon or Stanford.

In the east, pick on SEC or ACC. Virginia, Maryland*, maybe Georgia, Florida or Alabama.

Not in favor on Kentucky. Them you play in a big venue neutral site, like MSG or Barclay.

*Oops, MD is B1G now, sorry about that. As long as we are bringing B1G into it, what about Michigan?

I think people crave those OBE regional teams that we had history with. Nothing wrong with that.

Virginia or Maryland would be a good choice. Stays on the east coast, relevant areas for recruiting, and P5 programs that are usually Quad 1 caliber.
