UConn in the WNBA

They trying to tell her to retire, and then she shoots 77% from 3 and drops 31.

She broke her own record as the oldest player to score 30+. From last season. She’s headed to 11,000. Everyone else is headed to 8,000.

Would love to know what's going on down there in Dallas with Lou. Something doesn't seem right (an understatement).
They don't really use rookies in the first year. Siegrist never got into games in her first season, now look at her in the starting lineup getting 15 points a night. Lou will integrate slowly.

That is incorrect.

Siegrist averaged 8.2mpg in her rookie year with the wings, well above LLS 2.1 mpg

In 2023 Siegrist averaged 4.2mpg in May of 23(only 4 games) and then 9.4 mpg in the month of June(11 games)

I would think if LLS minutes dont pick up, in the month of June, it is more than the Wings dont play rookies.

Cameraman forgot to let Paige know I guess, haha.

Missed this last night, but it made me chuckle because it's true. She didn't get enough recognition compared to a couple other team mates while she was there. From what I've read about her, I know it doesn't matter, but it was a shame her hard work wasn't being recognized the way it should have been back then.

I suspect her performance surprises nobody on the Boneyard. I’m just a little surprised that some of the media have picked up on it this early.
I don't think you should be. With all the attention she was getting last season, this is a sign that people are taking notice.
