The thing is… he's getting better. He started off the season struggling with turnovers (as was pointed out on this board).I think there's plenty of time but if you looked at the all-stars right now, he would be. His stats and impact are not just good for a 2nd year guy who we all love, he's been incredible objectively.
The Spurs are good, Wemby is an obvious, but he's the 2nd best player by a mile.

Then like a lot of us were saying. He just needed time and he has now had his 4th consecutive game with 10+ assists. And 2 TOs on top of it.
Sometimes guys just need to play through mistakes and learn from them. Talk about a quick learner. Sky will be the limit for him.
Tenth rebound was an offensive board down by 6 that resulted in getting to the line and cutting it to 3. Would have taken a Reggie Miller type play to tie it - but game wasn’t over.I’m a day late but no UConn in the NBA yesterday. From Wednesday -
Castle: as mentioned finished with his first career triple double. 23/10/10 on 9-16. What a beast. Not to rain on the parade but I was watching that one and his 10th rebound was when the game was already over and 5 seconds left..but a triple double is a triple double! I am seconding the all star game push. I think he’s very close to being in that conversation
Liam: 11 minutes and 5 points on 1-4
AJax: had 5 garbage time minutes but 3 assists and a +9 in those minutes
Cam: high minutes off the bench in a blowout (29) but only 5 points on 1-5. 3 assists, 2 rebounds
Clingan: 9 points on 4-9 (0-4 3P), 10 rebounds, 3 blocks
Hawkins: 8 minutes, 6 points on 2-5 (2-4 3P)
G League -
Rahsool Diggins is in the G League. Played on Wednesday, 4 points and 4 assists in 14 minutes
Bouknight: 15 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 5 turnovers on 4-13 (1-6 3P)
Newton: 24 points, 11 assists on 10-24 (3-11 3P). 5 steals, 5 TO
Off the top of my head I think of Marcus Smart, who became a pretty respectable shooter in Boston. Kemba started off in low 30s and his peak was almost 40%. Lu Dort couldn’t really shoot his first couple years and has been around 40% recently.I'm thinking of Castle and his suspect shooting so far. Are there any historical examples of guards who have improved their 3pt% 10 points or so? I know about bigs like Horford or Lopez, but I don't follow the league closely enough to know about any guards.
