UConn and the 2018 AAC Baseball Tournament (Updated ~ Check Schedule Change for UConn games)

UCF first to pack bags for home...

Houston wins 6-2 - will play loser of Tulane-ECU game

Feole walks a batter but also gets 2 K's and is through the first. Stream looks quite serviceable, so far.

Listening to Chris Jones while watching the live stream. The radio feed is about 3 pitches ahead of the video, which is an interesting way to watch....didn't have to see Feldstein strike out.

Anybody have an update on Thad Phillips? I might have missed that one...coming back this year?

So a 4-0 lead (3 run homer for Woodward) brings all type of tournament strategy into play. If Mason is done after 6 or 7, do you trust your second rate relievers to try to get you some outs, and save as many innings as you can for Cate, PJ and Wallace? Remember that, even if you win this game, you could have 5 more and we'll be sucking wind for starters. Or do you play it like the 7th game of the world series, pitch your best and worry about later games later?

Never mind. At 4-2, you're back to simply focusing on winning.

I blame you.

Gotta be smart on the bases, Fedko...

What a wasted opportunity in that inning.
