UConn and 2017 AAC Baseball Tournament (Schedule Change)

You weren't alone
You and me both. Kid has good movement on his pitches and he really knows how to paint the corners. That other kid who has been forgotten has good stuff too and maybe out of necessity will get a chance in a big game this weekend maybe.

With a win today, Penders looks like a genius pitching PJ. Now all 3 starters will have normal rest. I'd bet we have to best 3 starters available to pitch from here on out.

OT but I was just thinking about Wichita joining next year. Does anyone know how they will structure the tourney with 9 teams? My guess is last place doesn't go to Clearwater...?

Surely they are wrong and Prato has 4 hits, that bunt he had must have been a single and error.

That was an awesome bunt, it would have taken perfect defense to get him out.

Nepiarsky has filthy stuff! Every pitch moving in different directions. He was unhittable today.

I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking an 8/9 play in game.

Great result. Faced a little adversity early, managed it well, and now they get a days rest. They have 3 starters with fresh arms going in to the 2nd round of the tourney, that is a good place to be. Beat Houston!
