Quinn hits the next batter to put runners on the corners. An error on a grounder to Quinn brings in another run, 6-1 Xavier going to the bottom of the inning.

Quite frankly, I believe UConn is going to need lesser used pitchers such as Quinn to step up to go far in the post season tournaments, especially in the NCAA.

Carrea was a walk on in UConn fall ball 2 years in a row before making the spring roster this season.

Carrea is a true walk on, I don't believe he was recruited by the coaching staff.

I thought Carrea looked pretty decent the few opportunities he got this year. If I recall right, I think he got stretched a game into like his 3rd or 4th inning and that's where he gave up all his runs against.
