Do we know if Betsey’s timeline has changed or not? He said that he was looking to make an announcement in the September or October time frame if I recall correctly. I just didn’t know if something had changed in that regard or not.

Guessing he's hearing the footsteps of the other top recruits we're pursuing and is very wisely speeding up his decision before Hurley gets other commitments.

True, but they could have gotten Chris Daily, who was a player on a national championship team while at Rutgers, instead. I'm glad they didn't, but in hindsight that was the move they should've made.

He has Flory Bidunga to Auburn. If that happens tomorrow, I’ll be sold. If it doesn’t, I’ll assume these predictions are mostly guesses—since conventional wisdom is he’s likely headed to Duke with Kansas as the runner up.

I'm always most nervous about the Friars swooping in when they are not associated with a recruit at any point before his commitment. They are always lurking in the weeds.
