If Iowa state continues to lay an egg. The east bracket is shaping up to be lousy, besides us of course. If we can’t beat the likes of Northwestern, Illinois, and Washington st, then we don’t deserve to be Champs.

Gonzaga is going to be a good matchup for Purdue. Purdue is better, but Gonzaga never goes cold, which makes them hard to blow out, and if the game is tight with 10 minutes left, Purdue could tighten up.

Even this summer I was saying here that they had no depth. Furphy came out of nowhere a bit, but with Morris kicked off the team and massive transfers out when they brought in Hunter, they had a great starting 5 and that’s it. Timberlake being ass ended any chance they had, even with McCullar.

There was no depth because you tried to squeeze through another rapist onto the roster and for once it didn’t work for the Jailhawks.

Watching Iowa St - WSU I see only these possibilities:

Iowa St is just cold.

Washington St's defense is very good

Iowa St can't score in a halfcourt offense.

It could be a little of all three but I am now worrying a little that we're being fed false intel.

It must be nice for UNC to get a 2nd round game in-state when it wasn’t even a given they were a #1 seed until Tennessee got themselves bounced early from the SEC tourney.

Cmon. Brooklyn is same distance for UConn as Charlotte for UNC, and Boston is even closer. To the victor go the spoils we earned ours. UNC earned theirs for first 2 rounds. Their next 2 are in LA.
