Top 3 Things You Want To See Wednesday Against St. John's

1. Good Offense
2. Good Defense
3. No one over 30 minutes of play so that they don't tire out.

UConn will play 5 games over the next 10 days, with two of them on the road and South Carolina in the middle of it. If Geno can play more players and give the starters some rest they should be ready for SC and still be rested.

Aubrey and Liv should rarely be shooting 3 pointers.
THe three point line is 22’ from the basket; 15 feet is considered a midrange shot. The free throw line is 15 feet from the basket.

If they want to play at the next level they need to be working on their outside shooting. Gabby didn't, and it has really held her back.

1. 6 UConn players with double digit scoring
2. No 3's from AG or Liv
3. Double double for Liv and Paige
extra: Saylor scores her first points in a UConn uniform

Good defense
Efficient offense based on good ball movement and people moving without the ball
Five minutes of court time for Piath, Saylor, and Autumn.

(Likely won't see the third one as Geno will be building up to the SC game. IF we do see that, that means the seven or eight players in the projected tournament rotation are all having a great game and Geno is very, very happy.)

A lot of and 1's for the good guys....no busses getting stuck in the snow so they start on time..2 blocked shots for Piath.

1--- Paige and Evina to lead in shots taken (Unless CWill is hot/ and/or showing an ability to efficiently score)

2--- CWill and Nika to be efficient shooting from the perimeter (maybe Mir and Saylor too). The more efficient CWill is then ofc shoot more.

3--- Liv to hit her free throws. (If she can't hit ft's then how often should UCONN keep trying to give her the ball?)
If CW can't make an outside shot, how often should we give her the ball on the perimeter?

I believe the men's line is at 22'. The women's line is still at 20'9".

1. Paige to be healthy.

2. Paige to avoid foul trouble.

3. Paige to be en fuego and put up another 20/10 game.

1. CW to continue to play with an aggressive scoring, not shooting, mentality and limited 3 point attempts
2. Quick, opportune offense that maximizes Paige's remarkable passing and scoring abilities
3. More from our group of "Freshmen Spark Plugs" who pick up the team when it lags and make "garbage time" fun for the first time in a long time

1. Limited turnovers <= 3 per quarter
2. Free throw shooting > 75%
3 Good defense ( 1 shot clock violation per quarter, opponent shooting < 40%, and limiting opponent offensive rebounding) without a lot of fouling.

Paige - Triple/Double
Saylor makes a couple 3’s
Everyone scores tonight!

1. Double/double for ONO
2. 80%+ from the FT line
3. Everyone who plays gets in the scoring column

A triple double by Paige. She has come close. But, will take the double double from the last game.

Well, Paige substituted points for assists, but I'll gladly take it. Paige makes the game of basketball look easy.
