Ok, so I'm a little early for this game because I am snowed in but here goes:

1) Evina and Paige taking drives and pull ups to start the game aggressively, not 3s right away, and finishing with 12-15 shots each, including 5-6 3s each.

2) CW deferring the 3s again to drives, transition and pull ups, hence 12-15 from the field against DePaul.

3) Tight switches on the D by everyone, especially Nika, with ONO keeping her arms straight up defending the basket on drives, back doors etc. as a prelude to SC.

1--- Paige and Evina to lead in shots taken (Unless CWill is hot/ and/or showing an ability to efficiently score)

2--- CWill and Nika to be efficient shooting from the perimeter (maybe Mir and Saylor too). The more efficient CWill is then ofc shoot more.

3--- Liv to hit her free throws. (If she can't hit ft's then how often should UCONN keep trying to give her the ball?)

1) Suffocating team and Individual defense for 40 mins...
2) Less Standing around on offense, ball movement, screens, back doors, good open Shots...
3) Fewer UCONN Turnovers, more rebounds, more assist, the team having fun on the court.

.-.
1- Nika playing along side Paige for some good minutes so Paige can create at the 2 position
2- At garbage time more minutes for Saylor to get accustomed to our offence and finding ways to get open. If she can help us down the road, let see what she can do.
3- Please Free Throws! Concentrate, we will not survive against the good teams if we can't clean this up.

.-.
Defense continues to improve
Liv getting a double double(which she should be averaging)
CW continuing to drive to the hoop

1) Shea Ralph on the sidelines
2) CW continuing to drive to the basket with authority
3) A Quick start and no drop off over the game.
Maybe I missed it... where has Shea been?

1 Improvement on Defense
2 As in the last game playing to our strengths which would be if your not making the trey dont take it. get inside
3 Energy

1) No injuries
2) CW continuing her focus on attacking the rim.
3) I'm surprised that Saylor played at all last game. She must be doing well in practice. I don't mind the her jacking up the 3 relatively open, but rushed, threes (since Coach Paige told her to). However, if she gets some minutes in this game, I would like to see her blend into the offense and see what that looks like. Maybe 3 threes in 6 minutes instead of 2 minutes, and hit at least 2 of them.

1 Keep and continue to refine offensive movement that was started at DePaul.
2 Actually play the game to qualify for the NCAA tournament
3 Shoot well, win, stay healthy (I know I kind of cheated...)

She was not at Ark or DePaul on the road.

A brief notice said she did not travel to handle family issues.

1. Nika gets 4 points inside, 3 steals and 4 assists AND 2-3s.
2. Smart team defense with feet that stay in motion.
3. Saylor gets 4 minutesplays good defense and swoshes a nice deep three.

1) AE, with another double digit game, playing under control and NO Flying Shots to the heads of her teammates 🙂
2) Shea Ralph back on the sidelines
3) 15+ point games from PB, AG, EW, CW and ONO
BONUSES) Nika, Piath, Mir, Autumn and Saylor getting meaningful minuets

Olivia posting down by the basket 90% of the time and not bringing the ball down to her waist when going up with it to get tied up by a 5’11” player!
Yes! Don't forget that she doesn't have to dribble the ball before she shoots it, especially with 2 defenders standing there!

And lets not forget getting out in transition! This is what UCONN has been known for! Where is it this year?

1) pound the ball inside
2) good motion on offense
3) win all the 50-50 balls

1. Good Offense
2. Good Defense
3. No one over 30 minutes of play so that they don't tire out.

UConn will play 5 games over the next 10 days, with two of them on the road and South Carolina in the middle of it. If Geno can play more players and give the starters some rest they should be ready for SC and still be rested.

Aubrey and Liv should rarely be shooting 3 pointers.
THe three point line is 22’ from the basket; 15 feet is considered a midrange shot. The free throw line is 15 feet from the basket.
