KU looking like UConn at times. Just throwing the ball away and wasting possessions. The pace is crazy. KU defense had been awful until the last few minutes. Norm doesn't seem to be able to get them to stop doing stupid things the way Self can. I'll take a 13 point lead at half.

The last UVA game I saw this year, there was 1.8 seconds left in the first half and they only had 16 points. It was for that reason I picked Furman for the upset.

I feel like those refs in Maryland-WVU totally used the not enough evidence to give Maryland the ball back there near the end because they missed the foul. There was plenty of evidence but the Maryland guy was hacked so they used a loophole. It 100% went out on Maryland.

Well Tony Bennett lost in the 4/13 game 2 years ago, didn’t make the tournament last year, and just lost another 4/13.

He must be a terrible coach.

Yessir.

I had UVA higher, but once Ben Vander Plas' (7.4p, 4.6r, 1.1 3PM, 15 starts) season ended, Virginia's forward depth instantly got decimated.

Why I'm fading Charleston: they haven't seen a defense remotely close San Diego State. A grind you down team (scored in the 60s in each of their last four wins) that forces team to use clock (18.5 seconds/possession) and are elite on the perimeter (29.7 3p%).

He tried to throw it away to run out the clock with 8.2 seconds left, yikes. Always been an annoying player to watch but that's just a brutal way for a 5 year career to end. He'll be remembered for that and that kind of sucks, he did make the pass that led to Diakite's crazy buzzer beater which led to UVA's championship.
