How has the officiating been?

Dean Smith's "Four Corners" was like a game of keep away for minutes on end. They would start salting away a 9 point lead with 7 minutes left.

A ton of foul calls in WVU/Maryland. Both teams in the bonus with 10 minutes to go, 3 guys with 4 fouls and 1 already fouled out

Maryland's home/away splits are insane:

Home: 16-1
Away or Neutral: 5-11

That was the major reason why I picked West Virginia to win, but also because I like Huggy Bear, feel kinda bad for Tre Mitchell after two awful head coaches and have learned to appreciate Erik Stevenson as a player.

James Okonkwo is fun to watch. Active big man who didn't play basketball until he was 16 playing once a week in a local club league. Grew up in England as a tennis player. More on his story here
