Millen isn’t healthy enough to throw in a real game. Puma is probably not 100% as well.

Millen has already thrown in a real game, two games ago. He has appeared in every game. Hell, with our passing game he won't have to throw the ball downfield. Getting Puma a few snaps in the fourth quarter against backups shouldn't be that hard. Even if it's just a series.

Besides how many guys are fully 100%. Not many.

When you listen to Mora talk about him, just last week for example he said that he wasn’t yet ready to make all of the throws.
