If Miami wins the ACC regular season, it probably means nothing unless ND or Louisville lose another game. If Miami wins the ACC tournament, then Notre Dame and Louisville could both end up as two seeds with Mississippi State getting the 4th one seed. There would be a lot of moving parts and uncertainty in that scenario.

If Miami wins ACC Tournament and no other big 6 team lost then I believe ACC would have 3 number 2 seeds but no number 1 seed.

Who has a better resume than Stanford? (Besides the 6.)

There's a pretty big resume gap between the top 7 and everyone else. It would take a bunch to knock the Card down to a 3 seed. Miami, SoCar could possibly run the table and move ahead of Stan, but not a lot more.

If SC runs the table, then Mississippi State is cleared out, too, as they would lose both the SEC Regular Season and Tournament.

Ultimately, the ACC winner likely gets the #2 and Chicago.
ACC loser can get a #1 if Ore doesnt win PAC, tho they'd be fighting with MsSt and possibly an improbably Stan

Again, I think he's misunderstanding the committee's rationale for having put Notre Dame in Greensboro in the 1st reveal. He IMO misconstrued that as a geography decision, and so he's sending Mississippi State to Greensboro for "geography."

I know the system dictates that Louisville gets Chicago but I think with these 4 1-seeds it makes a lot of sense to put ND in Chicago, Louisville in Greensboro and Baylor in Portland.
