FS1 was editing the crowd noise live on TV constantly. There were so many “ref you suck” chants they drowned out that were only noticeable because they didn’t catch them right away…but man oh man could you tell how loud it was in there all the way from the couch!

Haven't heard a crowd like this at the XL in a long time
Great job and you can't help but feel that the crowd pushed UConn to the victory
Just like the OBE days
Refreshing

They could even fit another couple hundred seats in there if they wanted to

Crowd made me proud and definitely had influence in the outcome of the game outcome. It matched the Dunkin Donuts center last week in Providence’s game vs Nova

If we’re gonna do that I started attending games in 1978.My freshman year. My dad was a tool When it came to stuff like this. That’s probably why I go to so many games now.

Wouldn’t go that far. Texas in 2010 at gampel for instance was crazier than this.
I was there for that one. It was good but, nah. To be honest, this was the first game I remember attending that the crowd didn't sit down after the first made hoop. They stayed standing and started yelling louder.

This is an example of why tonight was my favorite crowd ever. There was constant (albeit not universal) standing and noise from the non-students. And when it got really loud, it got REALLY loud.

XL center was the best it’s been in years. Not in shear numbers, because there were a bunch of empty seats, but the crowd was very engaged and somewhat angry. Definitely a few more people who had a few beers in them tonight, which can be a good thing.

Just walked in the door and scrambling to cancel morning Teams meetings and mix a Tito's and soda so I can watch the DVR, My voice won't be back until Friday at the earliest anyway. Crowd was electric tonight, got some chills like the old days.
