Here's a nice two-fer; she has a whole channel of her competitive eating:

Its always interesting watching competitive eaters, but to me the magic of the Big Texan live stream is watching Joe Q Americanslob belly up to the table to take a crack at immortality.

I work with offices in Dallas and Houston and this place is in between the two. I was emailing them this morning and this place is quite famous locally. I usually (pre-COVID) get to Dallas a couple times a year and, they've promised the next trip I'm down we will do a teambuilding 72 oz challenge with the office.

My dream is to one day have you watching a live feed of me failing miserably.

I have a friend in Texas and I asked him how far he was from Amarillo.

His first response was, “Why? The only thing good in Amarillo is the Big Tex.”

Anybody else getting ads all over the BY site for grass fed beef all of a sudden?

This is not between Dallas and houston. It is on Amarillo in the panhandle, at least 5 hours west of dallas and farther from Houston.

Winners from CT are few and far between. Looks like the last one was in July 2013.

It's 9:47 in Amarillo right now. Is there a breakfast version? 5 lb steak and eggs with shredded potatoes?

Sheriffs got a few steaks on the grill already (no 72 oz yet) and a full fresh pan of motor oil to dip in.

Todays going to be a good day.

Sheriff already putting out tickets. People like their steaks early in texas.

There is no way that au jus is not from last week's beef.

I also half believe she was about to serve up a pre-flipped, 1/4 cooked slab.

@August_West

I missed all of yesterday's attempts. Is that slab a 72er?

I'm talking about the steak in the back that is partially obscured by the right side of the left rear chair.

Edit: Doesn't appear to be visible anymore.
