Sounds like he will announce next week if not this week. VCU seems to have some momentum right now based on the infamous crystal ball, but who knows. This one seems close to the vest. Anyone hearing anything?

Not sure how credible this guy is...

Things aren't as clear-cut for Tevin Mack, a 6-foot-6 wing, who is considering South Carolina, UConn, VCU, Georgia, and Clemson. A lot of things are being thrown around here, but from the looks of things, Mack will be leaving the state.

A timetable for Mack's decision hasn't been set, either. We just know that a decision should come very soon. No one knows what to expect at this point, and one coach involved in this recruitment said it best: "he's all over the place right now."

35 pages is word vomit or about best bbc in the state
I must have missed the posts about best bbc in the state, but it seems a silly subject in any event. Is there a difference in the broadcast quality or content depending on which channel or carrier carries it? I do like their news but have never developed a taste for their series programming. My wife did love that "Downton Abbey" though.

I missed those posts too...perhaps they were deleted based on content. Anywho, I'm guessing Danpisco12 had a different translation in mind for the acronym bbc.

if someone creates a "best bbc in connecticut" thread I will leave the boneyard... funny thing is, it's about the only thing we haven't covered. we've got mentions of pizza, chowda, beer, stromboli, hitler; a bbc fits in there somehow, no?

I too enjoy some bbc from time to time. Particularly older bbc.

Monty Python's Flying Circus still holds up to this day.

And they continue to have underrated programming. Happy Valley, a recent 6 episode drama is worth watching.

Oh yeah, Monty Python for sure. Benny Hill too. I didn't think they were running either anymore though; I was talking about the drama series.

As an aside, I think I can see the steam coming from 99's ears as I type.

Sorry - actually missed your post before I posted mine. I doubled up on the same joke. Just to get 99 even more pissed.

To bring this back around, I can picture Tevin Mack getting chased around by a flock of scantily clad women to the sounds of circus music. Mack has the quickness in the open floor to pull that off. He might not be able to defend against a giant foot from the sky, though.

As long as you chose this image and not the image of Benny Hill living with his mom!

Getting back on topic, do when know if Tevin enjoys a bbc? My favorite is the ZL-1 they but in the '69 Camaro.

"Why'd you pick UConn, Tevin?"

"So I was linked this UConn website and I found a forum thread called the 'Pizza Thread.' I really like pizza and these people know good pizza. Count me in I want good pizza."

If Tevin Mack watched Monty Python's Flying Circus, I think he would like the bit where they say, "Tonight on "It's the Mind," that amazing phenomenon known as deja vu..." Five minutes later, another bit starts with the announcer saying "Tonight on "It's the Mind," that amazing phenomenon known as deja vu...," and so on a few more times. And if he doesn't think that's funny, he would certainly like the "Twit of the Year Convention."

"I was ready to commit to UConn, but then I saw some schmuck on The Boneyard say that the Manchester Pepe's is comparable to the original on Wooster St. I can't associate with people like that."

I've read this whole thread now, and I'm not sure how many people are in on the bbc joke, but it has been a treat to giggle at the past 20 posts.

On a related note, we need to burn this thread down ASAP as Mack makes his decision, if he ever does actually decide. There can be no record of this thread for future generations.
