It sounds like both Kyei and Kelly are dealing with leg injuries. His comments about their timeline for return caught my attention as it sound like Kyei would be back before Kelly, but when is unknown for the both of them.
Last I heard is that Kelly will be ready for opener but Kyei will not. Kyei is on the floor at practice but being held out of contact.

Thanks for the update on Kelly. The interview clip didn't make it sound like she was going to be back for the start of the season.

I like how ucla is so big they got Dugalic going for small forward awards. But I really wonder if she'll play the 3 or they'll put Jaquez at the 3. Will Londyn Jones start?

I think Dugalic will play more 4/5 for the Bruins. Jaquez and Gardiner are more suited to the small forward position. Then again the positional year-end awards have had curious candidates in the past….

I watched 3 quarters of the Iowa exhibition game. Hard to reach any conclusions given the opponent.

I will say. Michigan and Iowa are the only teams I have really watched so far. And Iowa looked more polished than Michigan. They actually ran some sets.

Barring major injury, post-CC Iowa won't be a pushover come March.

For me, the biggest question is not in missing Clark. It’s Bluder’s absence. I know it’s the same system under an experienced assistant who has been promoted. Still, it rarely a smooth transition from a long time successful coach.

Big question: who is going to have the highest attendance this year? Iowa or STATE. ( I know y’all sold out season tickets again)
