Sundays Games (+ thread?)

How many injuries can Stanford survive? Currently Dodson, Fingall, Sniezak and Lexie Hull are unavailable, maybe Anna Wilson as well.

Wow, maybe Arizona St. has a hangover from their dramatic come from behind win. Down 8-2 3 1/2 minutes into the game @ Colorado.

UCLA off to a quick start, up 14-6 5 minutes in @ Stanford.

Carrington catching fire, 8 points in a hurry. 20-14.

ND rolling, up 56-36 late in the third quarter

Stanford gets back within 1, 24-23 at end of Q1.

Offensive explosion in LSU-T A&M game. Both scored about as many points in Q3 as they did the entire first half. 41-40 T A&M heading into Q4.

Onyenwere scoreless for UCLA and Smith only has 2 for Stanford. Dean and Burke have 8 and 7 for the Bruins, Carrington has 12 for the Tree.

That's weird. Stanford has Alanna Smith and UCLA has Ahlana Smith, both are on the floor. Awkward.

I wonder if Arike has ever in her life had a game with more assists than points. 6 pts and 10 assists after 3 quarters. 2-13 from the field.

I swear ND always shoots poorly from from distance in Georgia Tech's gym. 1-10 from 3 so far. GT is 2-9.

Shepard - 16 pts, 6 reb, 6 ast, 2 blocks

Stanford briefly took the lead but UCLA is back up 5.

UCLA can't miss from 3. Now up 10 again.

.-.
The 'Yotes pull it out in 2OT, 105-98. Five different players for South Dakota State fouled out in this game.

How did A&M beat Oregon State?

They look like trash today

I think OSU enjoyed their vacation in Hawaii too much. They were lackadaisical to start both games. They got away with it against a bad Eastern Washington team, but not against A&M. Also A&M had another good scorer who has since been hurt and isn't playing currently.

40-29 UCLA. Stanford looks bad. Pretty much just Carrington and Williams doing anything for them.

34-33 Colorado leading ASU at halftime.

UCLA 7-9 3's. Leading 43-31. Smith from Stanford having a rough game. Carrington has 17, Williams has 8, 2 players w/ 3 each. Nothing from the bench. UCLA has nice balanced scoring.

Stanford chipping away at the lead, now 45-38.

.-.
Carrington is having a game like she did @ Tennessee. 21 first half points. I don't understand why she isn't averaging more than 11 ppg. She obviously has the ability to score.

Gary Blair is a moron

His star player is injured trying to trot down the court but refuses to call time out

Kiara Leslie with a career-high 31 points as NC State improves to 15-0 on the season with an 85-69 win over Boston College. The Wolfpack Women are now off to the best start in program history.

I wonder if Arike has ever in her life had a game with more assists than points. 6 pts and 10 assists after 3 quarters. 2-13 from the field.

Close but not quite. Finished w/ 13 points and 11 assists. I'm guessing that's a career high in assists for her.
