UCF just isn't finding its defense. They've held opponents to an average 35% shooting. Cincy is shooting 46% in this game.

Its not going to find its offense by throwing up wild, crazy shot and running silly-nilly up the court into three defenders

Had to switch this off to that 'other' game. Who would've guessed that USF would have a better game today than UCF?
 
Meanwhile ND is doing what UConn used to do -- absolutely blitzing an opponent. Irish up 22-6

Kay Kay Wright trying to win the game by herself. Fortunately for UCF she’s getting the foul calls and made a shot in traffic. Normally I’d say it was a dumb shot since there were three defenders but, hey, it went in.

UCF survives 56-55. If Cincy could have kept its composure it might have pulled it out

UCF has survived some close games against teams they're expected to beat, but this was cutting it awful close. By far this was the most poorly I've seen them play.
 
It's official...Senior guard Armani Hawkins' career at NC State is over, after suffering an ACL injury in Thursday night's win over Pittsburgh.

Two Thursday night games...two ACL injuries.

NC State about to tip off against Virginia.

I was thinking the Tech - Louisville game would be an interesting battle.... but not so far

End of 1st quarter in Charlottesville...NC State leads 16-10. Kiara Leslie with 5 points..DD Rogers with 5 rebounds for NC State.
 
Bit of a ragged start, but Arizona-Stanford picking up. 21-12 Card after Q1. Smith having a block party, at least 3 already. McDonald struggling a bit but has 7 points.

At the end of Q1 Stanford had Kiana Williams, Anna Wilson and Jenna Brown all on the floor together--3 PGs. That's a bit unusual.

Stanford looking like they're going to get their first easy Pac 12 win, up 44-16 at half. Three headed monster all in double figures, Carrington w/ 15 and Williams and Smith w/ 10 each.
 
NC State leads Virginia 31-15 at halftime. NC State went 1-7 on FG the last 4 minutes of the 2nd quarter...Virginia was 0-6 but did pick up a foul as time expired and nailed two FT.

Erika Cassell for NC State leading all scorers with 11 points. Joycelyn Willoughby has 8 for Virginia.

Minyon Moore was participating in warmups for USC. Not sure if she will play today or not. Had concussion like symptoms on Friday.

Oregon St. shot 68% from the floor in the 2nd half against UCLA Friday night.
