Let's start taking bets on who's going to be the first to post an official tweet from a reputable reporter with Hurley's decision? SO MANY LIKES UP FOR GRABS...

@tcf15 the heavy favorite, so let's just say him vs the field... who you got?

I last checked in on this thread two hours, 12 pages and 278 messages ago. Anyone mind summarizing? Or is it important I read it all?
Got a couple heart rate spikes with a "Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" post and a "done deal......" post by seemingly legit posters who bolted right after. Other than that not a ton going on....

The way this is going you would think Hurley was Jim Calhoun reincarnated. Imagine what this place will be like if he comes and actually loses games next year.

This is really about my desire to be a contributor to the thread that will not end.

No but realistically, he can't possibly be returning to URI right? All of this smoke, it must be between Pitt and UConn. He will not be at a better spot to leave URI than right now- huge graduating class, his stock will never be higher, etc.
Why not? He could have used us and Pitt to drive up his price to stay at URI.
Just conjecture, of course. It's plausible.
