SMU Game Thread

It doesn't have to be. We're not going to win games against top teams by 30+ (Some of the time ;)) By the way , I'd say their record and stats against top teams speak for themselves.

Our half-court offense was looking much better in December than it has recently. Maybe it's the slack provided by playing so many bad teams.

But we're not going to simply out-speed or out-athlete South Carolina or other contenders.

The question is will Crystal Dangerfield see ANY minutes this game. That doghouse must be DEEP AND DIRTY.

Am I right in observing that in recent games Kyla is getting in before Molly? That would be esp. significant today without Crystal getting time to sub for the other guards. Is Geno signalling that Kyla has been improving recently. Fingers crossed, because if she can get competitive minutes, it would be huge down the stretch.....

Sorry; posted this before I saw the above posted. But I think Kyla getting in earlier than Molly is not limited to this game....

At least she was smiling a couple minutes ago when they showed the bench.

That blocking foul was painful for Perry. Crystal Dangerfield pulls out the splinters.

This is the second time lately that Kyla has come in, unexpectedly, for Lou.

Lou hits the bench and now they can't rebound? Gabby's day is over.
