I listened to parts of two more shows since then where it's just Zanetto and it was really bad. He's even showing the text message his source sent him as proof. The rest of the time he's bringing up player names from the past and players on other teams but he can't actually remember their names. He's misprouncing Silas Demary Jr's name and he's coughing the entire time.

He’s still coughing? That’s been going on for months. He should have that checked out. Lol

Nailed it - guests, can be a good listen. No guests, he's just one giant odd monologue. It's pretty awkward, over embelishing in himself and how he's a lot like Danny Hurley. It's just plain weird sometimes. Less is more my man.

Look, I don't hate Zanetto and I am not going to knock his hustle, but his credibility took a big hit with the "UConn to Big 12 is imminent" statement.

Zanetto should be ignored. He mostly spouts his opinions as facts. There are much better sources for UConn info. For example, Crystal Ball is a much better source on recruiting information. That said, things are pointing in a positive direction regarding Silas. Bring it home Danny!

It would have been discourteous to brag about multiple to the news of Solo Ball returning. The man has certainly earned our respect and loyalty.

You’re pretty much spot on all your points. I followed the same roller coaster as you did. I believe he had Seth Davis on once, most of the beat writers too. So I was hopeful he was turning into a credible source as well. But, the forgetting of players names and the like make it tough to take seriously. He was also 100% wrong about Stewart. However, my glass half full side is hoping he’s right about Silas. Also, it’s more like hoping 247 is right with their crystal ball because that’s what he’s citing as his source. We shall see.
