Season Tix deadline Extended...

I just got the email, Monday 08/19 on 9:41. Do you guys know if they let you pick seats on the weekend, as it seems further from the starting date for me this year, compared to last year.

I’m pretty sure they don’t pick on the weekend. I’m right behind you on Monday. 10:36
 
I am on Fri 8/23. Quite a ticket selection program! Impressive!
 
I thought I signed up to keep my same tickets but I also got an email that my selection date is 8/23 whats that mean?

They probably put you down for upgrade. You keep your seats but if you see something you like that’s better you can move

I was told that you couldn't keep your existing seats and later downgrade during the set selection process

That’s not what I was told by someone in the UConn foundation
 
I signed up to keep my seats as well but got the seat selection email for Monday the 19th too. I will have to check and see what’s up.

I also got an email from a UConn rep looking to meet with me in person as part of a “UConn Appreciation Visit”. Anyone else get that?

A foundation rep told me I could keep my seats and we'd true up if I ected to downgrade. The ticket office said this was not the case. Wish they'd get their story straight

Log in, Click on My Account---->>>>Edit my Account. On the top right you will see RELOCATE/UPGRADE MY BASKETBALL SEASON TICKETS"

the email advised "It is recommended to use Chrome or Firefox browsers for Windows 7/10 and Macs." Safari worked on my Mac. Neither Chrome nor Firefox did.

I think the Big East announcement changed things. UConn said business was very good after that

Yes and no...they may have had a large surge of season ticket renewals but they are not for the lower sidelines, which are still available. Looks like many renewed and moved to the lower seat donation locations.

As understand the process, the lack of availability in the more affordable lower bowl sections are folks staying put
Ticket holders downgrading to these sections should occur next week.

Just received this. I was not going to renew until UConn went back to to the Big East for this exact reason, smart of UConn to get this message out.
