I don’t know specifically, but I assume both the school and NCAA have reasonable or preponderance of evidence standards and can’t just be the “news” and social media Wild West.

I look at it like a civil matter. You don't need to be proven guilty. There just has to be enough evidence that it falls 51/49 in favor of guilty.

While it appears no smoking gun has yet to be uncovered regarding Miller, the mere fact that he's been hauling in banner recruiting classes, considering what these elite level recruits are being offered by others, is pretty hard to swallow. It's also difficult to believe he didn't know every little thing that Richardson's been up to all along. They were together all the way back to Xavier.

To me, he admitted his guilt when he addressed the Tucson crowd at their last home game. That was a goodbye from some one who knew he got caught.

My guess is that the Ncaa is just waiting for the Fbi to finish and they'll use their findings to doll out any punishment. They've got enough egg on their face to warrant not dragging this out any longer than need be. There problem will be if the Fbi then brings more charges related to Nike, et. al and this drags on and on. If schools like Az and Lsu do not clean house aka Louisville they will look terrible. Question is if they care or not. Still curious how Az is holding onto their recruiting class thru this and likey looking at post season bans etc. .......unless guys have already been paid?

Based on what was played at the trial, i can't believe the non played tapes will sink them any further. If so, they would have likely been presented.

A man or woman, in our system, is innocent until proven guilty. Unfortunately with cable news programs seeking ratings, website seeking clicks and politicians trying to appeal to ignorant voters, as a society we have gotten away from that in high profile cases. I hope the old tradition returns soon.
