some games the shots are falling, others it's the defense that we have to rely on. but if our defense is as good as it was against STanford, i have a hard time seeing FDU scoring over 40. i'll say 93-38.

i'd like to see them work on things that didn't work so well against Stanford. i hope they not only go inside to Stef often, but also work on plays and offense that revolve around her. not just sealing off her defender and scoring, but pick and rolls, scoring from the left and right, etc. i get that she could score at will against HC and Pacific, but i think they should have worked on other things with her during those games as i don't think she was as effective offensively vs. Stanford as she could have been...

The next 3 games will be more about player and team development. The freshman will get their chance to show the staff what they can do and get confortable with what they do. For example Kiah from the outside, Stef from the outside, Tiffany from the outside. Heather Lauren and MJ will have their chance to make alot of noise and they will.

I think the defense is still ahead of the offense. I agree with Eric about FDU not getting to 40. Our bench players are good defenders. Our starters are great defenders. I'll assume that KML will not play in garbage time. I'll take UConn by 90-35. If the shot magnet plays 30 minutes, we go over 100.

I scored more in the first half than FD did via the Shoot to win and nearly made my half-court heave from mid-court, but yours truly walked away with $250 and I apparently hit the FD coach with the ball after the ball on my half court shot deflected off the rim.
