Reminds me of Kalana Greene. When she was a high school senior, she averaged 28 points, 18 rebounds, nine steals and eight assists per game.

"Niya" had 55 about 2 weeks ago. It is on YouTube in 2 parts but hard to watch. The camera shows the floor (literally) much of the time, so it's interesting only if you are a wood connoiseur. Also, the coach's yelling and swearing are annoying. If you have the time and patience to watch, please post on your observations.

Last February, she put up 61 in a come-from-behind win. They scored about 22 in the first half and 62 is the second half.

Kalana's scoring was a little lower as a soph, but that year, she was even closer to a quadruple double--as an average.

The videos are poor, but she appears to have nice moves in traffic. One source says she averages 5 treys per game.

Frankly, having seen videos of Maya's high school games, I am hard to impress. I thought EDD and KML were good, but not as good as Maya. Breanna is different, but about as impressive as Maya (with a much lankier body). I didn't watch enough of Niya, but her name rhymes with Maya.

She has a good mid range game and she shoots the three well also. Definitely a real offensive player, not limited at all from what I can see.

it'll be fun come march to watch her play at the westchester county center vs the better competition i.e. mount vernon, peekskill, Ursline etc

good game for one of the UCONN assistants to be watching. it's not just about scoring, altho that's nice, to be a UCONN kid. i think it's terrific she showed some defense (steals) and some teamwork (assists) as well. hopefully good things come from this...
