Given the US hasn't won in Europe in a generation and a half, even before today that bet had less risk than betting UConn football to cover vs Tennessee.
 
Utter embarrassment. Were the U.S. players not allowed to practice the last 3 holes?!? Europeans playing like this means something, while Americans use this as a family vacation. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a record margin of victory.

It was breaking late hard in favor of Europe and I heard on the radio some of the books actually flipped to Europe. I made no effort to fact check what I heard on the radio.
 
Need to go 5-3 tomorrow at a minimum to make Sunday's singles matches worth somwthing.

Fitzpatrick first 5 holes I saw he made 73 feet of putts all one putts 4 birds and an eagle. Pretty tough to beat that!!

I played Green Mountain National I’m Killlington VT and missed most of the afternoon rounds thank God.

Leading off JT-Spieth in the alternate shot? Wow hope it works but Spieth couldn’t hit it straight yesterday.
 
Spieth is clueless on the course not sure what gummies Zach took before thinking of leading him off this morning in a crucial match. And Sheffler Koepka 5 over after 3 holes put them in huge trouble. Starting to look like they should just shake hands end of todays rounds and grab an early flight the hell outta there!
 
Seems there's a non-zero chance this thing could be over today.

If that happens, I'm expecting the Euros to employ hair of the dog to get thru Sunday's matches, which would be extremely entertaining.

Wonder if US team was a tad overconfident after last Ryder cup? Their margin of victory record won’t have stood very long.

This is another sad day for USA in sports. First our men’s basketball team does not even medal in their world championship and now this. Summer Olympics next summer should be interesting. Are we still a super power or has the rest of the world caught up while we were soaking up the American dream. When a team that is much less talented than ours kicks are butt this bad it’s about what’s between the ears.

And you have to respect Rory. His make up is a lot like Nicklaus but he did not get that toughness by growing up in the land of entitlement. Name one professional golfer you would rather have watching your back. Total respect for him especially how he handled all the LIV stuff.
 
You'll never see Morikawa miss two consecutive putts like that in stroke play. Pressure does funny things.
 
How in the world did JT make this team? Likeable guy, but he even admitted he had a horrible year, and wasnt playing well recently. Just horrible leadership by Zach.
