They just showed Syracuse's 2003 title.

No mention of UConn in the 90s-2011.

Right from the 80s to football destroying the league.

We don't exist.

They bring in Jim Calhoun, but only to memorialize the league and all the other coaches -- not to say a god damn thing about UConn.

Has there been a single shot of us playing basketball?

and this Jim Calhoun guy is just some reporter talking, they talked about coaches with toughness but don't talk about JC or show any clips or pics of him

I thought we would hear more about

The next significant event in the Big East was Marinatto's forced resignation on May 7, 2012. According to one league source, "He was the human pin cushion. Nobody in the world could have made this work. Look at the things he was dealt." McMurphy remarked that Marinatto "was set up to fail by the league's presidents because they handcuffed his ability to make any relevant changes."

from the Wikipedia. Instead it's a summary thrown in at the end for tragic appeal.

They showed clips of us when talking about the tv scheduling rules the conference had.

No. Only breaking our pre-game huddle when they talked about how terrible UConn and providence teams got better because we stole money and tv time from Syracuse.

Jay Bilas just talked about us vs Syracuse in 6OTs in a 30 second spot. That's about 15x the amount of coverage we have gotten in this 2 hr documentary.

In reality, this isn't about the specific results of the Big East on the floor, but the conference as a whole and the changes that occurred. As bad as it is, UConn has not been an integral part of the actual changes in the conference since we've never moved out of it.

Well, there's a UConn mention sort of... Ray Allen comes through in clutch for the slumping Heat.

Yeah we got lumped in with the other bad schools who got better. Providence and Seton Hall. Because obviously the schools were so similar.

The story they went with was it all started going downhill at the time UConn started dominating (which hasn't even been mentioned).
Fine. So we weren't part of your little clubhouse in the '80s. That didn't seem to get in the way of those three championships.

but won't mention that the BE was still deeper then the ACC after the original big east raid, and that includes football to a degree
