We have a rim protection problem.
20-1 team.The worst 19-1 team I’ve ever seen.
Joking! But also possibly true? Very weird team to watch. Glad we won. Let’s hope Solo’s wrist improves and Mullins can get healthy.
We've been burning lot's of tape lately. If there ever was a burn the tape game that was it. In addition to being a horrible game to watch, if I never hear those two announcers again, I'll be a happy man. How many times were they talking about it being such a great win for Providence if they were to pull it out. Good grief! I hope they never pair those two together again.
Those stats aren't right Smith had 7 assists.
Would Malachi be allowed to shoot free throws from the 3-point line?Nice to see Malachi bounce back, and 4/4 from the 3? Awesome!
This team just grinds it out.
who was the color guy? I need to cue him up the next time I have insomniaSomewhat painful to watch and the announcers were brutal, but it feels good to have contributions from Mal and Reibe. The PG and C positions were excellent tonight.
Nah let's win the rest of the season to Natty#7. I don't want to lose. You know those times where you feel sick to your stomach and you're just waiting to throw up because you know you will feel infinitely better afterwards? That's how it feels watching this team right now. Get the loss out of the system and then onward and upward.
I think we looked the same tonight as last month but we didn’t have Mullins tonight. When the game is on the line UConn plays really well. When they get up 10 or look like they are about to pull away in second half, they revert to looking like bad team, until the game gets tight again. I don’t understand why they struggle so much after ping on a 9-0 run. This team plays better when the momentum is against them. The good: 20-1
The bad: This is the worst we’ve looked all year and I don’t like the trend over the last 5 games. Ross and Stewart aren’t giving much without Mullins out
I’m hoping they actually get up to play in Omaha. Some of this is I think this team doesn’t respect the opponents in the BE. They didn’t look this bad OOC against better competitionThis just feels like an Omaha “reset” where we get humbled in middle America and, hopefully, come back stronger.
What other options does he have with no Braylon? Ross and Stewart were just as bad.Head scratcher W.....Hurley is way too lenient with AK and Solo. Why we continued to run offensive sets for someone in a shooting slump and hurt wrist blows my mind. It didn't take long to realize we had a huge advantage down low and the ball should of went down there every trip down the floor.
