Does anyone on your Pee Cee board have any quotes from your HOF coach in their signature?

(You really are becoming rather a tedious little troll. But, with nothing better in your life, and certainly nothing worthwhile on the horizon for your little bible school, I can understand why you are busy coming here, trying to manufacture some reassurance for yourself, day after day.)

And that quote does not now, nor did it ever, mean what you project it to mean. Beg as they might, I don't see us scheduling Elon, or Austin Peay, simply because their AD has managed to google UConn's phone number....

Same rules pretty much apply to Pee Cee, now that you have started your own CYO league.

We are just not that into you guys....
if we are talking about past coaches... maybe you've heard of a guy named dave gavitt. because as it stands neither school currently has a HOF head coach.

These clowns can post on our site every day and it won't change the fact that PC hasn't even made the NCAA tournament since 2004... or that PC was 13-23 in the Big East in two years under Cooley.

KO had a great first year as a head coach, winning 20 games and going 2-0 against PC despite a depleted roster. There is not a coach out there that I would trade him for. I'm sure that many of my fellow husky fans feel the same way.

Mike Davis had a great first year at IU....

KO won 20 games as a first year head coach and will almost certainly do so with a stronger roster in 2013-14. PC has won 20 games once in the past decade and that was back in 2003-04. Are you really going to be critical of a guy for doing a great job?

.-.

IU's was Final 4 caliber (if its not the coach, wich is clearly your position, then its the talent on the court by default). UConn had a depleted roster. It'll be interesting to see how Uconn will perform with their returning roster, a full complement of scholarships, and post season motivation.

Do you realize that PC went 4-14 in the Big East for three straight years and that Cooley has a 13-23 record in the Big East? Or that his predecessor Keno Davis was 18-36 in the Big East? PC has been worse than mediocre for the past decade, yet you come here and spew your BS like PC has actually accomplished something. Delusional at best.

You guys really need to give the depleted roster story a rest...LAME

Blind squirrel and nut time! We didn't have a depleted roster, we had a roster. That a consistently prescient poster accurately described pre-season being composed of "bubble talent".

Ledo suiting up is your worst nightmare...pray to the God of skinny punks that you don't play PC next year if he does
Lot's of guys come in with a big rep and struggle. Especially a guy who hasn't played competetively in a year. Good example is our Daniels. He was the #10 rated recruit coming in. It took him until late in his soph season to live up to his advanced billing. Very possible Mr. Ledo would meet the same fate should he suit up.
IMHO, he should play for PC this upcoming season. Let's face it, he hasn't played, and I doubt Cooley would allow scouts to come in to observe practice. He might just be a safety pick in the 2nd round with no guarenteed money.
But, because of all the ridiculous Providence posts here (you guys are actually begging for a game) I really hope we don't play PC for several years, if at all.

And its not even the powers that be (At least I hope not). It's fans begging other fans.

I agree with a lot of this in regards to Ledo, he will have some rust. Cooley let scouts come in to every practice though and they were there almost daily. He apparently dominated most practices. Not sure how this will all pan out but the kid is a talent.

Dominating a Providence practice isn't really all that telling. They didn't even make the NCAA tournament. Years ago, Ajou Deng was rumored to be the best player at UConn's practices, and he never was much of a contributor and ultimately transferred to Fairfield where he was a contributor but not a star.
