Agree to all but Cochran and Boyle having the same level of coaching. Cochran was a much better hs qb, and had much more coaching his entire life. Really too bad for us he was hurt. He had some magic.

Cochran reminded me a lot of Cody Endres who just made things happen. Wish Endres stopped with the extracurriculars because he would have been great for us.

Endres had the potential to be really good if he stayed clean and developed. For the four game stretch he played to finish the 2013 season, Cochran was really good.

Javion Cohen is a starting O-Lineman for Alabama that attended the same rehab place in Massachusetts that Dayne Shor went to. Maybe he wants to go to school close to the rehab place like Shor and play at a place with less pressure than Alabama.

If the HC, OC, OL, WR corps and running game all remain or get better, we have to be an attractive option for a higher caliber QB looking for immediate playing time. If I'm a portal prospect, I look most closely to what the OL looks like.

The only thing we don't have is a P5 schedule, but any QB we're after would not be guaranteed to win a competition at a winning P5 program like they would here.

Now, would you rather have ZT, TP and TR (our QBs) to transfer out? What happens if we get any QB in the portal, and he gets hurt like TR did - and everyone left. SEE

Cochran had terrific coaching from the day he was born. His dad, Jack Cochran. The kid grew up living football everyday.

Sorry, I was born during the day but not yesterday. Am I the only one suspecting that maybe the reason we’re not actively recruiting QBs is we already know who is coming and the player for whatever reason doesn’t want it on social media yet?

I’m wondering if they’re not looking there. We should have 4 returners next year and a hs recruit. If JM and Charlton believe in Zion, TR and puma, they might feel they can focus elsewhere?
