The PR work by the B12 and its media minions (e.g., Monty show, Josh Neighbors, etc) is all-in.

On the one hand, they're castigating the PAC (which hasn't done itself any favors) while on the other hand they're blowing smoke about UConn, Gonzaga, the 4 corners, and...today...Memphis again.

Are they playing chess or checkers? We shall see.

Too bad the ACC can't/won't renegotiate and merge with the Big East to form a mega East conference that houses solid football and elite basketball. Wishful thinking, I know, but one can dream.

It is word for word the same stuff as last time. There should've been an apology last time, and plenty of people wrote about how unseemly it was. Instead, they do the same thing again.

It's not even completed yet. From the story in the College AD, UConn and the Big 12 are talking. "The movement is gaining momentum but not guaranteed to happen. Both sides are still doing their homework."

I mean, it's certainly not as weird is going on a Connecticut board and claiming that the Big East saved Connecticut basketball and then lecturing the Fanbase about being civil, when at the same time you are participating in a Friar talk thread which has profanity in death wishes for players. It's definitely not as weird is that.

Interestingly enough we have a poster on our board that pretends to be a lawyer as well. That must be you too, as I can’t imagine there’s is more than one person that would do that.

Utah averaged 52,000 and are top 40 in home attendance. We averaged 22,000 and are barely in the top 100. That’s why.
