Pac-12 Tournament thread

That cements the UCLA's 2 seed. I also think with the 5 teams left all hosting in the last reveal, that all those will hold their spots.

Especially when Oregon State beats Stanford tonight. Iowa got hammered by Ohio State, so you wonder what that does to their hopes for hosting. Does someone like Indiana or Princeton get a chance to host over them?

Cori Close gets her teams to play in tournaments. I think she has won at least 1 game for the last 6 years at the PAC12 tourney. Lately her teams have played better than their seeding at the NCAA tourney.

Now that makes sense that Joan B is an insurance agent, she definitely needs a fall back to her broadcasting career.

Lots of Duck fans ready to watch Stanford/Oregon State. My guess is they will root for the Beavers. I am hoping for an all Oregon final. The only championship rivalry games have been Stanford and Cal, twice.

Tara/Stanford has 13 Pac 12 tourney titles. No other school has more than 1. Should rename it the Stanford Invitational.
Lately though they have been only winning every other year and during the odd years. Last time they won on an even year was 2012. 2014 was USC, 2016 OSU,, 2018 Oregon.

Oh boy. Gonna be a long night for OSU if Lacie and Dodson are scoring buckets left and right. 14-4 'Furd timeout OSU.

Even Anna Wilson wants in on the fun! 17-4 Trees.

I think this is the point in the game when I give up on OSU. I've been accused of bailing on them too soon in games. They don't look like they've even arrived at the arena yet. 18-4 Stanford.

Remember USC was up by 15 on UCLA and lost.

Only 2 problems with that is Stanford isn't USC and OSU hasn't shown a penchant for come back wins the way UCLA as. Other than that, I feel totally reassured.

Oregon State getting a couple of cheap foul calls right now, but we'll see how this plays out. Stanford always goes cold for at least a quarter a game, so there's hope yet for the faithful.

I think Pivec only needed 2 rebounds to tie Hamblin for the school record for rebounds. Looks like she got it.

1 assist 7 turnovers for OSU. Is that a good ratio?

You been on all day at the games.. you must get incredible battery life
Ha I have a battery pack but even with that I ran very low yesterday. I was on it less today than yesterday.

Ha. I smartened up and took my phone car charger with me. After the first game of the day... they have an hour break until the next game... so I went to the parking lot... had a snack and some water... and charged up my phone.
