Myself and 4.300 of my closest friends were at today's game. Easy in and easy out. The biggest problem is that the Goats can't hit.

I opened this thread crowing that the Yard Goats had averaged 6,200 per game on their 2nd home weekend. This past weekend they averaged over 6,750 per. So it seems like interest is growing even though the novelty may be waning.

Maybe interest is similar, but you can't say anything about growing based on those figures. That's well within natural fluctuation. And when the weather gets warmer, more people show up to the park.

Just spoke to a family that went to the Goats game and they said it was cheap and close parking, safe, great food and views while dining, very beautiful park. I will be going with my grandkids. Another feature was that it was nice to see the highway from the stadium, you didn't feel isolated like at NB.
