Ok I will let him off the hook could care less what others do his dad was an idiot and he would've left anywhere after his freshman year for that reason alone.

Enoch's announcement even says he's just looking for an evaluation from NBA scouts. In his position, I'd do the same. But he's big enough, and has done enough to tantalize a team into taking a shot based on potential. Teams will do that with a big, then stash him in the G League for a year or two and see how he comes along.

Sophomore year is generally a good time to go through the process.

Before 2016, the NCAA only allowed a player to enter the NBA draft once without losing eligibility, but current NCAA rules now allow players to declare for and withdraw from multiple NBA drafts while retaining college eligibility. The CBA allows a player to withdraw twice.

What does declaring even mean, particularly without an agent and not being a top level payer? If a bench warmer at Southeast Dakota State declares, will they get evaluated by NBA teams? Do you go knock on the door at MSG and ask the Knicks to evaluate you? Do you send an evite to GMs to come watch you play at your high school gym?

And THAT is who KO brought in, so it is still on him. He had no ability to separate out the winners from the similarly ranked guys of lesser character or abilities.

That said, I like Vance and we would have been very happy to get 13 and 7 out of any of our forwards this season.
