OT: Stock trading

pick up O for cheap tomorrow. <58 in AH.

Let’s see if the market doesn’t freak out the other way before the market opens. I hate when they do that.

Otherwise if you got it, 100 shares of O seems like a no brainer

BTC haters, it’s already back up over 36k. That was a giant buying opp today, hope some people on here were able to take advantage. ETH at 900 was a steal too.

This didn’t age well, ha. Pressure back on crypto, hope yesterday was the bottom.

Given O will issue 10.5m new shares or >3% of current outstanding shares, dilution’s not so crazy. No shocker the share price drops.

Yeah. After the first comment I started looking into O harder. Probably slows their dividend growth, but they’re a machine that’s so well run it’s probably worth it.

I just hate figuring out the tax on all these damn investments because drip means you don’t have the cash on hand to pay the taxes from your investment

Unclear about BTC haters, but the ST winners selling Fri-Sat at 41K likely feel much better about themselves than those who inconveniently took a ~25% hit from Fri-Sat prices selling yesterday at ~31K. Could be worse for some of the latter, they may have run off the lemming cliff buying SIGL with their BTC proceeds. ;)

Looks pretty obvious that money continues to funnel out of FAANG and other large cap tech stocks into small to mid cap. Anyone in GM? Hit an all time high with big plans announced for EV vans. Trading at a very cheap valuation, I might add some today.

There will be a time when people will want their profits. Then the dominos will fall from this euphoric market.

INFL: Straight out of the womb with absolutely zero track record?

If US inflation's a focus, specific commondities (ag, precious metal), reasonably valued ag stocks (perhaps ADM), a REIT, a TIPS ETF, an emerging markets ETF (e.g., VWO, IEMG), reasonably valued financials (e.g., ALLY), a perceived lower valued crypto currency, etc may merit some consideration. Just a possible alternative.
