Yeah I know you said not money wise, but your career is basically all about the money. And he's going to literally triple his current salary, probably double an upped Xavier counter. Plus even if it doesn't work out, he's in line for lucrative lower tier P5 re-tread jobs thanks to the experience (Tom Crean says hi).
