I’m no connoisseur, but G&T’s are my summer drink of choice. Tanqueray and Bombay do me just fine.

Broker's is an excellent London dry for real martinis and g &t's.

G&Ts are my drink of choice. Not a big martini drinker. Sapphire is what I drink most often. A friend turned me on to Irish maker Dingle’s gin. Superb. Add some juniper berries to your Dingle’s G&T - just sublime (no pun).

I prefer Beefeater for my martinis, which I prefer dry with cocktail onions (a Gibson).

With tonic, I prefer Bombay Sapphire.

Hendricks I like with a cucumber garnish. Someone put me on to that but it works.

Gin is a very underappreciated liquor. Gets a bad rap probably because those unfamiliar drink it like it's any other liquor without realizing it's 90 proof.

Hendricks is my go to when I decide to have a g&t. Don't care for tanqueray and think Bombay sapphire is a bit overrated

I'm settled in on Faber. Paying twice as much for Hendricks for not much additional benefit just seems silly to me. Tried a few artisinal botanical gins as well, not for me as I use gin almost exclusively for G&Ts and appreciate a bit of astringency in the finish.

Also use store brand tonic. I don't get the appeal of the designer tonic waters with a balanced (or even heavy botanical) gin. The flavors compete too much to point of overwhelming the spirit.

Bombay Sapphire is my choice with Hendricks occasionally for a change of pace.

There are many fine craft Gin's that are worth a try if you can find them. I particularly like Death's Door Gin --deathsdoorspirits.com/spirits -- for it's anise flavor and Barr Hill Gin -- caledoniaspirits.com/spirit/gin/ -- for it's smooth honey finish.

Hendricks seems to work better with the cucumber garnish. Not as "junipery" as the London Dry gins.

Yea I am not into the heavy botanicals or infused flavors. I like Hendricks because it is very clean . 3 martinis last night and I feel great this morning.
