You do understand that we are in the State of Connecticut? Where ESPN resides. It might have an intersection between Boneyard posters & ESPN employees?

If we were to join the NBE, Fox would need to up the ante. However, I'd rather hold out for a Big 5.

Someone's a little agree about the NBE viewership numbers not beating out Seinfeld reruns.
 
you guys are the basketball version of the girl who leaves her husband and then continues to obsess about him. The NBE is fine without UConn. I'm sure you are fine with your new rivalries with East Carolina, Tulane and Central Florida. Move along.

I guess I mistook Fox Sports Net for Fox Sports Go. My bad. So those games listed as on Fox Sports Net are still on TV?

The funniest thing about this is its on a thread that proves literally the exact opposite - that uconn/ecu has more viewers than almost every Big East game.

Might be time to start looking at those glass walls before you start talking crap about the AAC when it's drubbing you in viewership.

Yes, I guess it depends on what package you have with your cable provider but when games are listed as being on Fox Sports Net, then they are on about 15 different channels on Directv. Fox Sports Go is not like ESPN3 either, all it does is show whatever is playing on FS1. It does not have any of it's own programming.

ESPN is the 800lb Gorilla and without other programming to draw viewers it is going to be sometime before FS1 or any other challenger makes a dent in ESPN. I can't even imagine what a Tulsa Tulane game would draw outside of the ESPN channels. It is what it is. Like I have mentioned many times in other threads, it was about the best landing the C7 could have possibly hoped for.

I don't disagree with this J but it does underscore the issue we both face, Neither the NBE or American are close to what the OBE was.

You were a 5 hanging out with 10s in the old BE getting our freebies (tourney and TV $$$).

You will allows be the ugly girl, and maybe Nova can get you guys some more tourney $$ going forward now that you cannot leech off us, Cuse, Lville, and Pitt.

The Big East is #2 in conference RPI with 3 teams in the top 25; looking at 5-6 bids. Doing fine thx. We don't need a borderline top 100 team

You're definitely doing great this year. I'm glad you guys can have some good years before the power conferences create their own version of the NCAA tournament and render your teams irrelevant.
